Default Hot start stumble fix

I tried a trick my friend suggested to me to try and get rid of the problem of my engine stumbling and laying down when the engine is hot, and it is restarted.
He suggested taking an old plug wire set and cutting down the coil boot covers into a sleeve for each fuel injector. I did this and I have no more stumble when doing a hot start up. I am attaching two photos to show how I cut the boots up. I used zip ties to attach them.

I’ve not had it do this once this summer since doing this. So glad to get rid of that irritating quirk.

That's cool I don't think I've ever seen that method on here before.

Yes, that is very cool! The dreaded heat soak, cured that easily? More people need to hear about this!

I did not have any plug wires laying around but I did have a bicycle tube. I cut a piece at about 2 and 1/2 inches , then cut it in two so I could wrap it around the injector. I used 3m weather strip adhesive to join the tube back together. then I cut a piece about 1 and 1/4 inches square for the top. I cut a "u" in the top for the injector wire to run through and sealed the top to the bottom with more weather strip adhesive.
