hose line/ fuel rail disconnect

hose line/ fuel rail disconnect
How do you disconnect the metal hose that goes to the lower radiator part? its got those plastic things sticking out of each side where it looks like it should disconnect. Those same type of disconnects are running to the fuel rail as well. I just don't want to break them so im checking to see the proper way to remove them. Theres a good amount of hoses like this

Auto part store, look for something like this.
