That would be your ccv valve. Depending on what year your jeep is you will have one on the front and the back, both different. If you need part numbers for 97+ here they are, if its before that I have no clue what the part number is.
front is #5303 0991
rear is #5303 0495
Can get both from rockauto for like $13 plus shipping.Hope this helps

Personal opinion, avoid buying Dorman. Mostly junk.

As someone who just busted one of these trying to do my valve cover, what’s the other choice for these parts?

Chances are the OP will crack the hard line from the rear valve to the intake manifold, like I did. Shattered like glass. Is that something you can replace using fuel line? What size would it be?

On the front one I replaced everything from the air box to the fitting on the valve cover with a piece of fuel line, but forgot what size. One fitting is larger than the other, so size your fuel line for the big end and on the smaller fitting apply shrink tube until the OD is big enough for a snug fit on the hose.

You can probably go to your local NAPA store and get what you need. Just take the hose with you.

Here's everything I used on my 96. The bundle from Team Cherokee has the hose for the back of the valve cover, the front, and another vacuum hose. Note that the front hose was too short for my 96 but if you google it you can find available replacements.

So fuel line would work? OD of the original tube is 5/16”, so it seems any hard line that size would suffice as long as the ID is 3/16” or so.

Also, OP, I have the Dorman version in hand now and I see what the others meant by it’s crap. I’m picking up another version today from Napa, I’ll compare the two and let you know. I’m replacing both assemblies since mine cracked as well when doing my valve cover. It was brittle like glass!
