Default horn problem

just replaced clock spring. Cruise now works, airbag light gone. But now horn relay just clicks. Replaced still clicks. Where would you start? Does one horn feed the other or does each horn have its own signal. Thanks in advance.

where the wires hook to each horn behind the bumper, unhook and reattach them. when i changed the clock spring, i had a weird issue where the horn would act up. i reached under and unplugged those wires to take readings and after i did that, i haven't had a problem since. maybe it was a dirty connection, who knows but those are the grounds for that circuit when power is sent from the relay

So the single wire is the ground? Where is power coming from? Or did I misunderstand?

IIRC, the single wire to each horn is the positive lead. It grounds to the chassis through the mounting bracket.

yes, grounds through the mounting bracket and bolt.

I thought that is what I read. And it makes sense.
