Horn has quit working kinda. It makes a clicking sound when you press it and once ever blue moon it will actually honk. Any ideas.

it is making the clicking sound so that means the relay is good right. So could it be a fuse and if so which one is it.

I just had this same thing happen to me but haven't had a chance to look at it yet. When I do I'll let ya know what I find, assuming you haven't fixed it yet.

if the relay is clicking the fuse and horn button are fine. This just leaves the connections at the horns, and the wires.

I'm betting on a corroded connector at each of the horns

For a '96 its fuse 11 in the under dash panel. I don't have a schematic to see if there is a relay, but make sure you have a good ground. Pull the lead(s) from the horn and have someone push the button while you check with a VOM and see if you're getting enough voltage, or run a lead directly to the horn from the battery and see if it sounds.
