what would it cost to make a homemad snorkel that actually works good. just recently had a bad experience with a river.

 

This guy would tell you a couple bucks would do it. In my opinion I like the molded look of the plastic ones you can buy since they tuck in close to the body. Plus I value my time and sometimes its just not worth it. Not to sway you away or anything. It would be a fun project to tackle.
