Homemade Headliner Board
My 87 Laredo had no headliner when i got it. Has anyone ever used plywood or plastic board to create a new headliner board? Or any other ideas of how to replace the headliner?
If you did use another material, how did you prep for and install it?
Thanks for your help!

Go to the boneyard and get another headliner board, buy the material from a fabric store or an interior supply store, use Permatex spray adhesive to stick the material to the board. Remove all of the trim around the headliner before removing the board, that will help keep it in one piece.
