Alright, So as I am coming home from school yesterday (377 mile door to door trip all on one freeway) I noticed ONLY at freeway speeds my engine temp would go to about 230-240 but never over. if i slowed down to about 55-65 (from 75-80) it would work its way back down to 210-220. but if i went for about say 40 minutes at 75-80 it would work its way back up to 230-240. once i got on the roads to go back to my house and i never went over 50-55 it stayed below 200... I cant figure it out. My electric fan would come on, my clutch fan is working. But only at highway speeds would it over heat But every other vital was fine.... Oh and i looked like this barreling down the freeway....
all of my sound system and clothes and stuff were inside. packed from floor to headliner from window to window and from the back of the front seats to the glass of the rear hatch. THe roof was alot of misc. and stuff. its 2-30 gal totes, an under the bed tote and 2 XL boxes from U-Haul and a few other small box's and then 4 bikes hanging off of the back of the rack(not pictured).
