High speed miss

High speed miss
Hello,
1999 Jeep cherokee xj with 106,xxx
Just started a few days ago-between 1500 and 2500 on the freeway the motor or trans is skipping, rather quickly, slightly noticable. Just linda a slight hick-up Replaced cap, rotor cleaned aic and replaced tps.
Other that in that zone, truck runs fine. Plugs are champion and a few weeks old.
I was thinking I may hve cracked a plug putting them in, I need to check them in a dark garage.
Or could it be a fuel issue or torque converter?
