Default high pitched whine/whistle/squeak?

late last night when driving home i noticed a weird whine whistle or squeaking noise coming from my driverside front end when taking a hard right turn. no issues when going hard left and it only comes from the driverside. attempted to take a quick look but didnt see any visible issues. any thoughts?

Just thought maybe the pump was whining, Idk. If you are talking of it doing it trucken along pretty good, sometimes a wheel bearing will make noise turning one way and not the other. Don't know it a brake line to the caliper pulling tight would make it squeal. A right turn would pull on the left.

Check the backing plates (thin metal disk that shields the rotors) easily bent when doing brakes not a lot of people overlook them when completed. Just pull them away from the rotor.easy to get to from the back side of the wheel.
