SWC custom

well i rolled my jeep last weekend and haven't driven it but today i went to go start it after doing some stuff to it (int. ext. checked cap {took wires off i need the fireing order for the 2.5l and possibly where the wires go from front to back } ) and well it wouldn't start so i unhooked batt and ecm.. then i let it reset the ecm.. but now when i turn it on it idles like its resetting ecm then falls to 1,000rpm and then to 500 rpm n acts like its ganna die .. plus my check engine light is on other than that i cant think of what it could be i checked everything and changed the oil.. could there be oil in my plugs? could it be fouling them and causing it to do this? a HUGE thanks from SWC for all the help that has been given to me on here iv learned alot.. and have helped alot.. thanks CF and everyone else!! this site has saved my "rear" many times from costly repairs!!
