HIgh beams relay

HIgh beams relay
Low beams work on my 1984, but no high beams. I’ve replaced the headlight switch, solved other problems but no high beams. Checked the dimmer switch and have power coming out of that, but no power at the headlights. I cannot find a relay or circuit breaker and wondering if anyone can tell me where it is, or even better send a photo.
