Hesitation
I've had this issue since I bought the truck a couple months ago, and I have never really per-say tried to track it down. It seems to be more annoying than an issue.
It's a 1997 Jeep Cherokee Country with the I6 4.0L and AW4
It never does it cold. Never. It only happens if the truck is fully warmed up, and has been driving for awhile, and it has to be shut down, like if I shut it down to go in to wal mart, then come back out, starts right up fine and drives fine, but sometimes it'll hesitate for about 3 seconds, then, it's like something unstuck and it goes fine. It never stalls, and is never hard to start, so I don't believe it's the CPS sensor, which as far as I can tell, is new.
Anyone have any ideas? I've replaced the plugs, wires, roater and cap. And also changed the sensor inside the dist.
