1992 Jeep Cherokee 4.0L at a stop when I start to accelerate it hesitates and sometimes dies out. It usually happens after I have been driving for a while. Any ideas?

 

Had this happen on a chevy I had. I changed the PCV valve and that helped. Also check your TPS.

 

check and see if your throttle body(were the air tube is connected to the engine)is dirty. They get dirty from time to time, and that can cause the throttle valve to stick a little . Just get some carb cleaner and a toothbrush and that will clean it right up.
