Help XJ won't run

Help XJ won't run
I have a 94 XJ country auto 4.0 ran great last night went t leave and won't start. It cranks and fuel pump is running but no spark? I ck the coil and have no power with the key on but power when it is cranking. I checked all fuses with a test light and all are good. Any Ideas
