Default Help!!! Trackbar Removal

I am trying to get the trackbar off of my Dad's cherokee to replace it. I was able to get the frame end off completely using a pickle fork and I have the nut off of the bolt on the axle end. However, I cannot get the bolt to slide out of the rubber grommet on the axle end of the trackbar. I cannot pound it out from the back side due to the axle being in the way. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you might have to cut the bolt with a saws-all between the mount and the track bar, good luck

This might sound crazy but I live on a hill and we put it on the ground tied a tow strap around it and backed it up. popped right off. We tried pblaster, heat, nothing would budge it.

Unless i'm missing something just grab a pair of pliers, attach them to the plate mount on your axle which is holding that bushing and sleeve in place and bend it upward. Unless you've done some modifications to it the stock one is very flimsy and total trash so you shouldn't have a problem doing so.

if it is stuck in the bushing just spinning, you might have to cut it out. it it's just fighting you maybe hit it with some PB and try to back it out slowly. not sure if putting some weight on that side would do anything.
