Default Help? Strap/ubolt issue

Okay, so i'm gonna keep this short and sweet. Killed a front driveshaft, got another one and realized i threw the old one away with the straps still on it(transfer case side, not the differential side) So apparently you cannot just "get new ones" from anywhere. I even went to Jeep and they can't locate them Went to the local JY and they dont have any. Can anyone lend a suggestion here? Im contemplating trying to see if i can find a Ubolt that will fit the yoke off the t-case.

ORRR...if anyone has a spare set of these bad boys laying around, i'd love to take them off your hands. *Again* These are the straps(caps) that hold the ujoint of the front drive shaft off of the XCASE side.

Straps at the transfer case yoke? Mine has bolts that pass through yoke and into the front shafts double cardan housing.

Convert it from straps to U bolts. Here's the write up. I did it a few days ago it's pretty easy.

You can get the U bolts at most auto stores. Make sure your 5/16 drill bit is titanium. You end up with a much more secure connection.

Oh just reread that you said T case side. Not sure if this still applies.

alrighty...does anyone know where i can find the "part" that connects the front driveshaft to the t-case yoke? because my new driveshaft (out of a grand cherokee) doesn't have anything on the double cardon side, just u joints, no housing
