Help, someone know what theses wires are 4

I am trying to see if thses are fog light harness, I don't have a switch.

Engine: 4.0 with all of the noise and clatter

Those are for the horn. Does your horn work?

It is to my understanding that fog light harnesses are behind the bumper end cap. I took mine off and upon seeing the the plug ends i asked what they were and that was the answer i got via this forum.

The horns are up front on either side of the vehicle behind the bumper. The wires look like that but they are separated by about 5 feet across the front.
