Help with plug

I've had my Cherokee apart and there's one plug I can't seem to find where it goes it's a plug that is attached to the o2 sensor plug in

That looks like an upstream O2S.

Do you have a California Emissions exhaust (4 O2S') or a Federal Emissions exhaust (2 O2S')?

Does it go to the temp sensor? I think it's the temp sensor wiring that's connected in the same loom. I'll report back after lunch when I can check.
