My XJ has had an issue for a while that for the life of me I cannot figure out. When I leave for work in the mornings or head home in the evenings, for the first min or 2 the XJ hesitates like it's about to die. I have to let off the accelorator then get back on it to keep it going. It never dies, just runs really rough. After a couple of min's it runs fine. If I let the engine warm up for a few min's before driving it it doesn't do this. I put a new TPS, IAC, and MAP sensor on it, which did not fix it. Any suggestions? Thanks.

It sounds like a fuel problem, not enough fuel. Try and turn your key on and off a few times to let the pump charge the fuel rail.
It could be the fuel is draining back to the tank when it sits.
