Did you ever get the PCM issue checked out? I found its location, in the engine pay on the passanger side firewall.
It could be a blown fuse, fuses, or a loose wire. Have you checked if you have power at the fuses?

Stormy night meaning rain I presume. The fact that you lost all of these at once sounds as if water might be getting inside and effecting your grounds maybe ?
If no fuses are blown then it is most likely your grounds. Especially with it manifesting itself in the rain.
Grounds seem to be a problem on these Jeeps. Especially with any older steel vehicle. Grounds corrode over time and lose their ability to complete the circuits and moisture doesn't help matters any.
In fact I am going to do a search for a post that points out the locations of all of the ground straps....it would be worth it to search as well.
I think that this might help resolve your problem.

i'd look into the ground at the interior fuse box - clean up the contacts real well with a wire brush.
Also check the ground wire that runs from the negative battery terminal to the fender. - clean up also.

Thanks for posting that.
I thought that there was a fusebox ground AND it is possible that over the years it has become corroded and lost good grounding connection.
It being under the dash is also possibly subject to water seeping in. Another problem with older vehicles as the gaskets ages and dry out , water seeps in.

In this case you are incorrect. The previous owner of this truck rigged stuff up. It may not be there, it may not exist alltogether. But whatever the case, this "rigging" needs to be addressed.
