typically a milkshake looking oil cap is BHG, but cold mornings give it that look also. If it comes back looking like starbucks then do a leak down test and a coolant system pressure test to see if the headgasket is leaking.

Worst case, you gotta put a few hundred more into it to have a decent runner.

Well guys I think I gave blown head gasket. After I changed my oil I ran it about 50miles or so with no over heating or smoke of any kind or problems at all. I got home and checked it and its milky again. I checked all the spark plugs and they are all normal. One of my PVC hoses was really clogged so I cleaned that out. Is there something else I should try before jumping into the head gasket. Yet again thanks to all of you, it's been a great help!!

There's a head gasket repair in a bottle you can add and if the crack in the head gasket isn't severe it'll plug it. If you do decide to go with a new head gasket, have your head machined while it's off. That'll ensure the mating surfaces between your block and head are flush with eachother. I've heard it increases your compression a little too.
