Help Me ID a Part for Hose Junction

Help Me ID a Part for Hose Junction
Hi,
I don't post unless I've exhausted all searches. Haynes and Chilton were no help, Pep Boys and Napa couldn't tell me, Google search no good.
I'm replacing the hose going to the connection where the CTS is on the front of the engine. When I disconnected the hose from the back part of the engine it was connected to a multi-hose junction, which broke when I took the hose off. There's a sensor attached to the plastic junction if that helps.
What is the name of this plastic 4 hose star junction thing?
Does anyone have a part number for it and where I can get it?

Thanks for the help Jim.
It's called a Water Control Valve.
Pep Boys calls it a Heater Valve, part #5941. $19.
Saves me a trip to the JY, not that I didn't want to go rummage around anyway. It saves me the hassle.
