92 4.0 wont start cause the starter wont turn cause aparently i have little to no ground between the engint and the body. anybody kno where to find the grounds between them?

 

the main ground on my 88 is attached from the battery to the engine.

 

There is one on the back driver side of the vavle cover, one near the airbox and one at the dipstick tube.

 

ill start lookin keep them coming if there is any more. thanks

 

On all models I've messed with the main ground in on the engine, there will be 2 big gauge black wires right next to each other mounted to the engine right behind the alternator

 

thanks guys i found it. lose ground on the rear head bolt. one last problem i been looking for 30min and cant find it. i have a vac. leak i found the line just dont kno where it goes. if your standing ojn the drivers side of the jeep lookins at the intake man. the 2nd from the back vac port has a shot line about a foot long long and mine is somehow disconectted after that foot and i can not find where it goes. anybody help?

by that he means by the time we get done talking trying to figure out which hose it is we would have used a thousand words.. not kidding lol

 

aint being lazy bud i aint got i a camera. wish i did. i kno it would make things alot easier.

 

Wow there is a person in this world with out a cell phon cam, digital cam, or webcam.

i have a camera phone but i t wont link up to my computer for some reason. other than that my last digital camera sunk in the mud and got ruined. i never had the money to buy a new one. nor had a reason to. i finally found it by lookin through the photo at engine bay pics for about an hour and a half. thanks to all for the ground help.
