A freeze plug is located in several places around the block. They a saftly measure in case it is really cold and you don't have enough anti freeze. they will pop out in stead of your block cracking. if the one on the back of the block is leaking you will have to drop the tranny to get to it. the best thing to do is a cooling system pressure test. It is the easiest way to find it. If your local part store does not have one to load you can buy one they are about $100. This way you can check it when it is cool because you will have to get in under it real good to see where the leak is.
