Help! Ive failed Delaware emissions twice!

Default Help! Ive failed Delaware emissions twice!

Ive ran methonol the2nd time and the levels went down, but still failed. The Cat Convertor has tested good. Afew people said its running rich. I just changed the plug, wires, cap and rotor today. Im at a loss if I cant get it to pass. Its a 95. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Please help me. It runs smooth.

Scan your report and post it. Better, scan both reports and post them - making sure to note everything you did in between.

"Pass" numbers are just as instructive as "Fail" numbers in emissions evaluations, and you've not given us anywhere near enough information to even begin troubleshooting...
