So mine went out. Im replacing it. Got the new one in. Ignition rod hooked up. What's the second rod??? Not the turn signal rod. There is another rod right by the ignition rod and it seems to be catching my key and won't let it back. Is there a trick?

 

I don't know, haven't been there but would wonder if it's for the steering lock?

 

Steering lock should not be a rod. Probably the rod for the headlight dimmer switch
