Help to identify this dash piece

Hi guys , so after finding out that its my dash clock, which I didn't know because it never worked. Was a wondering if any of you had this issue? What could I do to fix it?

Like I said, there is nothing there. Never was. It's a blank plate. The wiring for a clock should be behind the dash.

Some have a clock there but your is a blank.

In earlier XJ's there was a transmission 'power' or 'eco' toggle in the spot.

Like said it could have had a clock there but you have just a blanket out plate,Now you could replace it with http://www.prime4x4.com/shop/Switch-...-DH-Series.htm

First row is a clock (usualy)... the other is empty and contain nothing behind it... its just for the look, u can use this space for other switches or additional gauges
