any ideas? any tutorials.. let me know i have no idea...!

ok so I tested it and it works.. now I am wondering how to test the wiring??

no.. I am actually testing the tps and wiring.. but I dont really know what is the problem with my xj, its a 99 automatic, but it suddenly started shift very late making me waste alot of gasoline and does the same thing with reverse... late shifting, very late shifting, does not stall but them rpms goes to 1500 without even accelerating when I barely turn on the engine. and while driving it takes for ever to move, rpms have to go really high in order to shift.. and sometimes it would go to neutral stat even though its on first gear or any other gear.. its really frustrating.

im assuming fluid level is ok ever adjust the kick down cable helps with up shifiting pressures

Yeah checked fluid and adjusted kickdown cable but everything is the same....

IAC maybe bad. Mine was idling all kinds of weird until it was replaced.

mine xj is stick shift so im limited on the issues at play have you had it checked for codes even if the cel light is not on
