help!!! high emissions

I have a 4.0L 2000 Cherokee Orvis failed MOT on high emissions lamda & Cat appear ok but it is horsing the fuel in.
ECU reset but no joy, any ideas?

the biggets things that control your smog test are O2 sensors,cat. Those are the things I would check.

But usually arent the problems.

Misfire(s), Ignition related bad wire/plug/weak spark, vacuum leak, worthless vapor cannister, running lean, inoperative EGR valve, clogged egr, bad sensor causing wrong air/fuel, there can be alot of things that cause it.
