No that would be terrible, 10k is almost purple color. Don't get HIDs and blind everyone on the street. Get some H4 upgraded housings, some good quality halogen bulbs and an upgraded headlight harness. This has been discussed many times over here, a quick search will bring up all the info you need.
If I need to further discourage you from buying them, a friend bought those housings and they are terrible. I have better light output from stock sealed beams than you get with those housings you linked to.

Ill say the same as the others. Hids are nothing but problems. Reliablity is terrible, the cut off is terrible, there just no good. I have Hella E code H4 housings with 85/90w bulbs and the putco harness in my dd and there great. Great light output, cutoff is spot on, and they wont get you pulled over every week. Now if you can reallly fork the money, Truck lite LEDs are the way to go. I have them in my 300zx and nothing compares to them
