Help help 911 oil leaking 99 xj

Hey guys so i bought a 99 xj 4.0 on monday and noticed it was leaking oil so today i changed out the 3 oil rings and still leaking could it be the filter my filter has oil under it and my starter is wet... Help me out pleasee....

Check the oli pressure sensor.

also make sure the oil filter does not have two gaskets on it .
