HELP! fuel line disconnect

HELP! fuel line disconnect
doing exhaust manifold today. can't get the fuel line disconnect fitting off from the rail. please help. looks like there are two tabs to release. do we need special tool?

Engine: straight 6 4.0
i didnt use one on mine i used a screwdriver and popped the little tab over the metal and pulled them off then they just push right back down to go back on
