Default Help!! Electrical Short

Hey ya'll. 1990 Cherokee 6cyl. All of a sudden my dashboard lights went out, then the following day all of my back lights stopped working. I checked all my fuses, it was either atc5 or 10 that was burnt out.
Replaced atc5, 10, and 15 trying to solve it and the lights came on (except the dashboard lights) but the turn signals wouldn't blink. I replaced the flasher fuse (silver, cylinder looking) and apon starting all the lights mentioned above stopped working again and the atc10 fuse was blown...
What's going on here!?! Any ideas where the short might be? How much it is going to cost to take it to a shop? I'm pretty handy with repairs but kind of feel like this is beyond my knowledge. Any help would be appreciated!

sounds like a short, or bad relay.. i know someones got something more specific, but tracing wires from switch to components is a good way to pinpoint the issue.. best of luck.. ive got the "no bus" issue every now and again, but i damn near refuse to tear into my dash.. lazy!
