89 Cherokee. Electric driver window stuck down. I can hear faint clicking when I press the switch up or down but it won't move, not even trying to push it up from the bottom (I took the door panel off).

I've got to do something to get it up. I can't take off of work tomorow.

this sounds worse than the title... I was hoping it had just fallen off the track, cause thats a really easy fix. with the door panel off, push the button and see if you can see something move?

 

O.K. Just did a Google search and came up with temp solution until I can buy a new window motor.
Tap on the motor while engaging the switch. Voila! Window goes up.
