Help with dash cluster

Help with dash cluster
I'm new to the forum, I have the no bus issue. I did test all the wires but on the dlc pin 3 and 11 I have 120 ohms not 60. I already replaced the wire connector. My pcm is getting power and has ground. I'm also sending 5v out of the pcm on both sides. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
