Question HELP! Can't get injectors into fuel rail...

The o-ring seems to large to get back into the fuel rail on the 784 injectors. Applied oil to each o-ring, manifold injectors slid right in, fuel rail are mashing up refusing to go in. Any suggestions? Would using brake cleaner to remove the oil be OK?

It was a tough, but I got 'em1

Default wait!!!

Dont spray brake cleaner on rubber rings.
Install the injectors into the rail first. Its way easier. You can use just a very light coat of vasoline. After they are in the rail push the whole thing in nice and evenly. The rubber rings are a ***** You dont want to compromise them.
Ive done it about ten times. Good luck

Yea, they were a ***** but after I figured it out I got them in. I didn't use bc, and did coat 'em w/oil. Putting 'em in fuel rail first is a must.
~Thanks for the info
