Default Help! A/C Problems

On my 01 Sport I noticed that the A/C was blowing a bit warmer with no real bite to the A/C. It was a little better than lukewarm. I noticed that on my brand new Compressor (dealer replaced) last year, that the O rings were leaking. I vacuumed out the entire system, put in a bit of PAG 50, and dumpled two 12 oz. cans into the system. The Highside is waaaay high (above 400) and the low side was pretty high as well.

I can't find any information as to whether or not these came with expansion valves or Orfice Tubes. Something tells me that there's a definite blockage somewhere. On an offnote, when I bought the Jeep the entire A/C system was replaced: Compressor, Condesor, Evaporator because of the same problem. The dealer footed the bill for it. I'm thinking that they might have recycled the High Pressure liquid line. I ran my hand down this line and noticed that its cold and than hot, which tells me that this is the logical place for an inline Orfice Tube.

Am I on the right track?

Is this the correct replacement?
