Default help, is this bad? what is this is it normal.

Changed my tires / wheels after wheeling today and noticed the oil I think that's what it is. its on both sides front and rear, my engine doesn't leak oil and my diffs do not leak. It was wet and rainy on the trail but as you can see most of the parts are dry and it seemed oily to the touch

It does not feel thick like motor oil and I cannot pick up really any smell off of it

Looks kinda like spots where you might have used wd40 or some penetrant. Or maybe there was a layer of oil on one of the puddles and that's where it stuck.

Would something be leaking down from above your bump stop? Check inside your engine compartment in that area. use gloves, if that's your battery leaking you don't want it on you.

Maybe the axle seals And leaking gear oil highly unlikely all 4 would go out at once if it was just one I woulda guessed you popped the seal in the shock but on all 4 I'd have to say an outside factor where did it leak on the other 3 tires?

The other side is almost identical, the 2 rears were also symmetrical and in the same general area in conjunction with the tire. Behind the drums
