Exclamation HELP ASAP!!!!

Just got home and heard this really bad grinding sound, as if my disc breaks were shot. Pull the tires and the pads are good. Check the fluid levels in both the tranny and transfer and thats my issue. Transfer is kinda low, tranny couldnt fell anything!!!!

5 spd manual, 94 cherokee 4x4 4.0
Questions:

1) What type of transmission fluid do I need to buy? I read somewhere it said 75w90 gear oil, is this true?

2) What type of transfer case oil do I need?

thanks, wanting to get this done tonight as its my DD!! =(
