Default HELP!!!!

Ok i have a 99 Jeep Cherokee v6 4.0 and its randomly cutting off while im driving it. it overheated the other day so i replaced the hose that keeps the coolant fllowing and it still did it. i didnt know if that had anything to do with it or not! also when im driving it it recently started making a LOUD ticking sound from under the motor! what do i do?!?!

Well I'll try and be helpful. First check your oil if it looks like chocolate milk you toasted the head gasket. The ticking is probably your rods knocking probably need new bearings what's your oil pressure at. And last your motor is not a v6 it's a inline 6.

Moved to OEM tech.

Sounds like maybe you ran it out of oil.
