hey i bought a jeep off a guy and it wont go faster than 90. and it keeps changing from 4 to 5 and then down to 3 and back up 4-5

 

Wow, 90? thats impressive. Mine usually starts vibrating real bad at about 80 MPH, and it scares me to go any faster.
On a more serious note, do you mean kilometers per hour, or are you seriously going 90 MPH? Units of measure always help!

 

my 92 xj got up to 175fine after i balanced tires and got new ones. but this one wont go past 80

 

175 haha deff kilos, once I hit 85-90 I see my RPM gauge fly up and can hear my tank rapidly depleting

 

adjust tv cable and go 89
