Default HELP

well im back my 1994 jeep cherokee inline 6 is still chirping somewhere around the belt and pullys the owners before me was spraying wd-40 on the belts and pullies and the check engine light is on now... any help Thanks JayBear please

Check all pulleys for forward/backwards motion, if they have play it needs to be replaced. Take a thin long pipe, when chirping is happening, place one end behind the pulleys, the sound will be amplified through the pipe. Makes it easy to find the culprit.

just wd-40 and carburetor cleaner and i have replaced the belt

You need to locate and replace the faulty pulley.

the chirping doesnt slow or stop its a constant chirping its like a bird in the motor lol

Just an FYI when WD-40 get hot it gets sticky, clean it real good with some carb or brake cleaner and try some belt dressing or a new belt.
