Crap. I was hoping to get this figured out. What do the valving numbers mean? Is a higher number slower valving or faster? Thanks

BTW eliminator, the pile of parts is getting bigger to install in the lift..
Still haven't installed anything yet. lol

picked up a ford 8.8 with disks and 4:10s though

well different shock companies use different valving numbers/letters. but for bilsteins, the higher the number, the more firm the shock will be.

Lifts not in yet..
Money's burning a hole in my pocket and keeps getting lower and lower. haha
I want to order all 4 shocks at the same time.
Eliminator helped me with the front!
now I need some help for the rear.

Someone ? anyone? offer me up a size that will work with my setup?

my buddy Sean was telling me this, but not sure it helps with how I am changing the lower shock mount.

rear shock lengths on MJs are way different then XJs so i cant offer any help. but those fronts will be too long. for reference i have 17"-29" up front with the eye adapter up top and the stock barpin on the bottom. with 6.5" coils i have about 5" of uptravel.

I know bud . I got this info before I got help from you on the fronts. I am going to get the size you have up front. I will delete the bogus front lengths. Anyone else help
