Default HELP!

So about two months ago I installed a Rusty's 3in lift with full leaf packs on my 88 cherokee. Since then i've had nothing but issues, it has developed an extreme case of the dreaded death wobble. I've installed a new steering stabilizer which did no good. This past week I had friend of mine put a new track arm and ball joints on the left front. This helped a little but I still can't get over 35mph. As far as i can tell the only things left to fix are the passenger side ball joints and tie rod ends. I'm just tired of thorwing money into it and it not fixing the problem. Any ideas???
