went to work last night knocking sound...now got her home and when i added coolant ( it was empty) it just pours out the bottom at the gasket at the bottom of the pan in front...no water in oil...am I screwed? How do I check for damage?...Have no idea what it could be...any help please

 

also lost about a 1/2 qt oil

 

Sounds like a cracked water jacket or severe leak at one of your freeze plugs.

pics or a better description of where it's actually leaking will help.
