Anyone who lives in Maine, do the cops really enforce the tint laws? I mean 50% visibility, thats not even tinted. I am moving up there and I am about to get my tint on my xj redone, but i need to know if i can do 25 on the back and 30 in the front like florida law.

i asked my buddy who live up there and he said you can do 35% all around

 

every place ive looked at says 50 %

 

Check with a company called Radio City in Brunswick ME (207) 725-2747, they helped write the state laws. When I was living there the front windows were 30% max I believe. You can go as dark as you want in back, I had 95% on my Silveraldo and they did the tint. I lived in the Brunswick area of Maine for 26 years and just left in Nov 08. So check with them they will help you out.
