Can somebody give me the hose size and which was routed where in regards to engine and heater core nipples?
On both my '89 and '96, the heater core hoses are top 3/4", bot 5/8".
Same with the tstat housings; upper near the temp sensor 3/4", lower has a hard line coming out and is the 5/8".

Same on my 94 and 97. I suspect that's one thing that didn't change over the years.

I just looked and can see where the lines from the thermostat housing go but wouldn't you need a t to connect the resavour to one of the lines?

Good grief man, how many dead threads are you going to revive with the same question?

My suggestion is that if the radiator is questionable, replace it with the later model that has the traditional filler neck and cap. Run the lines straight to the heater core. Install an aftermarket overflow bottle.

Bad idea. Never post your email address like that on a public forum. Spambots.

Well, if you like being inundated with spam, go for it.

Those bends look pretty extreme. I used plain hose just last week on my 96, $13 from advance auto.
