Default Heater core problems

Hey how’s it going I just did my heater core and put majority of it back together and wanted to make sure everything works when I tried it I was not Getting a lot of air flow from any of the Vents no matter if I switched it from the floor to the front vents and the blower sounds off what should I check first ? Thanks

Was it working before? If yes, you may have pinched, cut, or missed a vaccum line. What year is it? The 98-01 use an electric motor to operate the blend door. The older models used a cable.

I checked all the vaccume lines it’s a 2000 should I check the motor?

It’s holding a vaccume if I pull the line coming of the fire wall I hear air coming out
