heater leaks in my 99 cherokee sport, how bad is it to replace?

Not that bad, but very tedious and time consuming. Gotta pull the dash, console, maybe a seat to get some room. Search on here, there are a couple write ups with pics.

It is the first "big" job I did on my 98. Not that it is difficult but you'll just need patience, organization, and a helping hand would be even better. It is very time consuming to get to the core since you basically have to remove the dash, instrument panel, etc. Lots of screws, bolts, etc. Again, it was my first job, and with a friend it took us between 5 or 6 hrs.
